[/threecol_one] [threecol_two_last] NILD offers several courses and workshops to help educators understand and meet the needs of students with learning challenges of all kinds. Our training methods are research-based, effective and are accredited by the International Dyslexia Association and The Feuerstein Institute.
NILD courses and workshops are offered in various locations around the United States and internationally. The NILD Educational Therapy Levels I, II and III combine four weeks of online work with one week of classroom work (“residency”). Other NILD courses and workshops are generally in-person training events but several are being developed into online workshops. Click on the links below for more details.
Through NILD’s range of courses and workshops you can obtain continuing education credits as you seek to meet the needs of your students. Additionally, NILD courses can put you on track for becoming a Professionally Certified NILD Educational Therapist (PCET)! Click here for steps to certification.
Note that the online portions of NILD’s Level I, II and III courses are hosted by either Regent University or Southeastern University (SEU). To participate in these courses, first, complete your registration directly through NILD. Once your registration is processed by NILD, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete an application through Regent/SEU for the purposes of completing the online portion of your course (additional fees apply for graduate credit). Additionally, both universities offer a graduate credit option for NILD Levels I, II and III courses as well as a Master’s Degree Programs in NILD Educational Therapy that do require a separate enrollment process and additional fees.
NILD also provides a broad range of In-Service Workshops for school faculty training. Current pricing and refund policy are listed at the bottom of this listing. Level I is undergoing a revision – the syllabus will be updated soon.
