Discovery Therapist – Lynden Christian School has a part-time position as an educational therapist in the Discovery Program for the 2021-2022 school year. The Discovery Therapist must possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in education from an accredited university or college. Qualified candidates must have a mature and growing commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; have a passion for Christian education where faith is nurtured and a biblical worldview is consistently integrated into their instruction with academic leadership abilities. Discovery therapists will receive Levels 1, 2 and 3 summer training through the National Institute for Learning Development, over a five-year time span. Applicants should be able and willing to work with a flexible schedule. Former teaching experience and Washington State teacher certification is preferred.
